We handle a "Double Cup Assembly Machine" that automatically transports cut cardboard sheets one by one, applies adhesive, and shapes cone-shaped outer paper, as well as automatically transports white cups, applies adhesive to part of the cup, and combines it with the outer paper shaped in a separate block to manufacture double-structured cups. The machine can accommodate a variety of sizes through mold changes. By changing from the conventional PIV + Cutmatic control to a servo x servo control system, the time for registration has been reduced and stability has improved.
